Little Su Tulip
Joya4U, makers of the Little Su and the Little Su tattoo, have expanded their offerings to include the Tulip, a dual action vibrator that is completely different – much like the Little Su is completely different. The Tulip is wonderful for general experimentation and play, of course, but it also fills a niche I did not know existed – a dual action vibe perfect for wearing under a strap-on harness.
In a Nutshell: A sleekly shaped dual action vibrator, with the main barrel shaped like a sleek bullet and the clit stimulator shaped like a wide, flat, tongue.
What’s Awesome? The vibe is completely waterproof, completely encased in silicone, and it is smartly shaped and sized. Also the junction between the main body and the clit pad is flexible and tolerant of a wide range of movement.
What’s Not So Awesome? The on/off button is on the base, so it triggers easily during use. The vibrator works with both motors running at at only one speed, no options.
Rating:

The Tulip is both cute and gorgeous, all at once. Enrobed in a plush layer of hygienically superior silicone, the Tulip manages to be sanitizable via dunking in a bleach solution by being actually waterproof and completely made of silicone, with a compression based clasp to keep the battery compartment shut backed up by an O-ring. It’s body is swirled with delicate swirling designs that add little to the the over all texture but they do prevent it from being slippery smooth, and help it stay in place in use.
The Tulip’s major design flaw is ironically one of the reasons it is such a great toy. It is designed smartly, with the insertable portion containing the batteries and motor, its overall size is dictated by the way the toy was designed, not the size of the motor. That’s nice. And because of how things are placed, the on off switch naturally falls on the base. Unfortunately, it is a push button that is easy enough to trigger that it is highly irritating during active use. If the Tulip is being slipped into place under a strap on harness – no biggie – but if active rubbing and thrusting and wiggling is going on, it might trip off haphazardly. Additionally, the design places the battery compartment seam right in the line of wetness, so to speak. The waterproofness of this toy is top quality, so its not a big deal, but this can make for somewhat dicey cleanup.
So but how does it work during use? My friends, the Tulip works CRAZY well. First off – passive us. When popped into place beneath a strap on harness, I will admit – the Tulip’s clit pad doesn’t exactly rest of my clit, and the body doesn’t exactly hit my g-spot. But it does buzz both areas and provides a lovely level of stimulation that meshes well with strapping it on. For more active use, I have found that the Tulip doesn’t do so well with thrusting (there’s nothing to grip onto) but it works phenomenally popped into place, and then ground into by pressing on it with my hand. The reason this works so well is the clit pad is broad and flat, so it won’t poke uncomfortably AND it will work for a huge variety of anatomies. The joint between the clit pad and main body flexes easily, helping the Tulip to slide into exactly the right place. I have never actually had a toy that I can use with a basic finger rubbing masturbation movement, till the Tulip. Any toy that can enhance basic masturbation is a winner.
Now if only it didn’t turn off so easily…
