X-Commander
For the longest time I have been searching for a kick ass Canadian sex-toy store that I could promote, and finally I found one a few months ago when the folks from Trinity Romance made contact. Trinity Romance is in Squamish, which is in-between Vancouver and Whistler. In case you’re not up on the news, this is basically where the Olympics will be in just a few weeks.
Anyways, I digress. Aside from being a generally cool store, Trinity Romance carries some novel sex toys products – including the X-Commander bullet. This bullet, which connects via jack to a three battery pack, is stronger and more potent than any other one the market. If you have a silicone toy that accepts a bullet, using this bullet instead is a solid choice.
In A Nutshell: A potent, multi functional bullet – sleek and streamlined and the size of a regular watch batter bullet
What’s Awesome? When considering bullet vibrators, this little guy excels. So many toys reuire a watch bullet vibrator – why not instead use this wired pack that packs the punch of three AAA batteries?
What’s Not So Awesome? Nothing! This is an excellent bullet.
Rating:

This bullet – it is a good thing. It’s strong, first off – equal to a hitachi on low at its highest setting, and with five even steps of intensity available before that. Next, it runs off of AAA batteries – which are often on sale, and are widely available in rechargeable format. Finally, it is a shining example of what a bullet should be – responsive, intelligently varied, potent and standard sized.
The bullet is the exact size and dimensions of a standard watch battery vibrator. It is attached, via jack-end cord, to a battery pack. The jack is 3.5mm in diameter – the same as every day headphones and whatnot. Thus, the battery and bullet can be interchanged with batteries and bullets from most other jack-plug style vibrating bullets with power packs. The often touted as being all powerful “Xtreme Pack G Spot Bullet†had a power pack that only runs on two AAA batteries – the X Commander can be switched to the power source for that G spot bullet to prove a stronger buzz.
The bullet itself is standard – 2.5â€x0.75â€. The pack is small as well – 4.5†by 1.5â€. As a whole, this set – bullet and power pack – makes a brilliant addition to any toy chest. A more potent power pack, and a standard sized, quality, reliable bullet.
The power pack does some neat tricks – it vibes, it pulses and it “short-short-longs‒s – and five different intensity settings each. On its fourth and fifth function settings, it does and escalation up wards and then a downslope retreat or a full restart. To turn on, the intensity upwards button must be hit. To cycle through the programs, the left and right arrows allow access through the options.
Although a little pricey, the X-Commander bullet is worth it. This is a must buy for a bullet lover – just for the pure smile reason that it offers a three AA battery pack. Add to this that the bullet is a sturdy, and is sized at the standard three watch battery bullet size. Not bad at all…

I’ll be working with them, too. They seem like a great company. Glad you enjoyed this

Hmm the only thing I worry about with putting a bullet like this in the bottoms of silicone toys is the fact that many people will be yanking it out by its cord. I can see that shortening the lifespan of the bullet end by quite a bit.

Yeah, getting a bullet out of a toy requires pre lubing and also the squeeze and snatch technique. Very good point however, as the cord would make a convenient but short lived retrieval cord.

We hear what you’re saying about retrieving the bullet out of the base of a silicone toy possibly shortening the life. The nice thing with X-commander is that the bullet isn’t hard wired into the controls, so if the connection to the bullet does wear over time, you can just get a new bullet and plug it into the control pack so you’re not out the cost of a whole new toy, which will help save some $ in the long run. We don’t have replacement bullets on the site yet, but they’ll be coming soon:)
